Have your supply chain partners still not provided the data on social and environmental questions or it is time to update the data? Send them a reminder to do so.
Go to Supply chain partners page.
Click on the partner you want to send a reminder to.
Click on social/environmental data.
Click on the button Send reminder.
Select the facilities of the partner you want to send a reminder to.
Send the message.
Note: Send reminder button sends a reminder for filling in both social and environmental data at once.
After sending the reminder, your partner will receive an email with the request to login and provide the data requested. You can also see the date of the last reminder sent.
