The ESG dashboard serves as a comprehensive overview of the information collected in tex.tracer for each ESG topic.

With the ESG dashboard you will be able to have a complete overview of the ESG self-surveys from your partners, and their certificates and audit memberships. You able to personalise how the data is calculated by using the 'Scorecard.' This allows you to personalise and streamline the data collected from your partners. The dashboard is split into three tabs:

Overview

This tab provides a breakdown/status of all ESG data provided by your partners on facility level. This includes the Environmental and Social data that is collected when a partner completes the self-survey. As well as helpful interactive graphs that show the percentage of partners who have uploaded certificates.

On this tab, you are able to filter and find specific information which can make reporting and following up with your partners a lot easier. You are able to send reminders straight from the platform, cutting down on the manual task of reminding each supplier individually.

Please note, only a user with 'Admin' permissions can send reminders.

Partners

This tab provides an overview and more in-depth look into the performance of your partners. The performance is calculated using a few factors, which can be found and customised on the settings tab. If you would like to read more about these factors, you can read the ESG scorecard article.

You will find three sub-tabs: Summary, Environmental performance, and Social Performance.

You are also able to use filters to dive deep into the data.

Settings

This tab allows you to edit the 'Scorecard' used to rank the performance of your partners and personalise the data shown.

There are scorecards for Environmental data and Social data. To personalise these or view what criteria is used as the default, you can expand the section in question.

To edit the data, simply toggle left or right to adjust the value and then save your changes. Please note, you can always change the settings back to default by clicking the 'Set to default button.'

For more in depth information, you can read the ESG scorecard article.

The ESG dashboard is an additional module so please contact your Client Success Manager for more information and to explore this module further.
