When you have requested transaction certificates from your partners, you can easily send them reminders through the platform. Here’s how:
Go to the Transaction certificates tab on the Compliance page.
Select the orderlines you want to send reminders for from the Pending requests or Drafts section.
Click on the Send reminders button.
Click on the Preview message button to see the email that will be sent to your partners.
Finally, click on the Send reminder button to send the email.
By following these steps, you can ensure your partners are reminded to upload the necessary transaction certificates promptly.
