The Supply Chain Partners page offers a comprehensive overview of all your partners, and you can invite new partners directly from this page.
The page is divided into three tabs: Contractual partners, Agents, and Nominated partners.
Note: partners with a blue checkmark indicate that they have successfully created their account.
Contractual partners are the partners you send your orders to (with whom you have a contract). They are often your Tier 1 suppliers, production location, manufacturer or confectioner. The contractual partner is responsible for creating the supply chain in tex.tracer, and orderlines are sent to them.
Agents: sometimes, you do not work directly with the contractual partner, but you have an agent who acts on behalf of your brand/company. Agents often work on a commission basis. When you invite an agent to tex.tracer, they will be able to view the orderlines they are responsible for, create the supply chain or delegate orderlines to the contractual partner.
Nominated partners: do you have a nominated fabric or trims supplier? Or a logistic partner? You can invite these nominated partners, and assign them to certain steps in the supply chain before sending the orderlines to your contractual partner or agent. Your contractual partner or agent cannot make alterations to these assigned partners.
Clicking on a partner allows you to view their company details, compliance documents, certificates, ESG data, and the sharing settings for your DPP. Read more about your partner profile here
