On the Supply chain partners page, you can check the status and details of all your invited partners one by one.

If you see a checkmark behind the name of the partner, it means that they are already onboarded. To check the details about the partner, click on their name.

When a partner has created their account, they have provided their company information, including a profile text and confirmed their address. The profile text, company name, and address are shown on the Profile details tab.

Facility

Under the Company information, you will see the Facilities your partner has. Once you open the section, you can see details such as their address, company subtype, number of employees per facility. As well as company/factory pictures that they need to upload (at least three pictures, with a maximum of 5).

Cooperation with

This section at the bottom of the page displays all the supply chain partners that are collaborating with your contractual partner. The steps they are responsible for are listed next to each partner. Partners with a blue checkmark are already onboarded.

Certificates

On the Certificates tab, you can view and download the certificates of your partner.

Social/Environmental data

Under the Social and Environmental data tabs, you can view the self-assessment on social and environmental questions filled in by your partner per facility. You can also send a reminder to fill out these questionnaires if they have not been filled out yet.

Sharing settings

In the Sharing settings tab, you can select what information will be shown from the selected partner on your DPP (QR code or on your website). You can toggle information on/off depending on your requirements. You can read more on the Sharing settings article.
