For example, if you set Material processing as a mandatory category, your partner will need to add at least one of the following steps to the supply chain to be able to confirm it: Compounding, Fabric trading, Knitting, Weaving, Webbing.

Set mandatory steps

  1. Go to Orderlines page and click on Settings tab

  2. Click on Set mandatory steps

  3. Select the Contractual Partners you want to set specific rules for

  4. Select categories of steps you require

  5. Click on Confirm

Once the rules are set for the partner, they will need to fill in at least one step per category set mandatory to be able to save the supply chain. You can repeat the process by setting different categories for different partners.

Note: only the admin of the account can set the mandatory steps for contractual partners.
