As a client, you have full control over the information shared on the Digital Product Passport (DPP). You can manage these settings at the contractual partner level and, if desired, apply the same settings to their supply chain partners.

Set Sharing Preferences

To configure your sharing settings, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the supply chain partner page.

  2. Select the partner for whom you want to adjust the settings.

  3. Go to the sharing settings tab.

Customising Sharing Settings

Within the sharing settings tab, you can choose what information is visible:

  • Visibility: decide whether to show or completely hide a specific partner.

  • Partner information: share either the partner’s name or just their location.

  • Location details: Choose to display the full address, city, state, and/or country.

  • Profile information: Control the visibility of the profile text.

  • Company pictures: Decide whether to show company pictures.

Applying settings across the supply chain

The sharing settings you apply to a contractual partner will automatically reflect across all orderlines assigned to this partner. Additionally, when new supply chain partners are invited, the settings configured for the contractual partner will be applied by default.

This ensures greater transparency while giving you the flexibility to manage how much information is shared within your supply chain.
