tex.tracer allows you to easily manage social and sustainable certificates from your supply chain partners. There are two options to view your partners' certificates: 1) view all certificates per type or 2) view the certificates per partner.
Overview of all certificates by category
Visit the Compliance page and go to the Certificates tab.
On the Certificates tab, you will see a list of certificates, categorised as sustainable and social, audits, and memberships.
Click on a certificate type or the expand button to view the details, such as the supply chain partner(s), certification body, certificate number, lincense ID, and certificate validity, including any previously expired certificates.
Viewing Individual Partners Certificates
Go to the Supply Chain Partners page.
Click on the specific supply chain partner to see their details and go to the Certificates tab.
On the Certificates tab, you can find uploaded certificates categorised as sustainable and social.
Click on a certificate or on the expand button to view the details, including the issuing company, issuer reference, and certificate validity, including any previously expired certificates.
Encourage your supply chain partners to submit the required certificates. You can share this article with them to assist in the uploading process: Upload your certificates.
