In tex.tracer, the Compliance page provides an overview of where you can manage your compliance documents. This includes a Code of Conduct, Delivery Manual, Restricted Substances list, or any document that must be sent to your supply chain partners.
Under the tab of Documents uploaded, all documents you have uploaded will be listed. When you send a document to the supply chain partners, it will be moved to the Sent tab. There you can track how many of your assignees have already signed the document, add a recipient, or send a reminder to sign it.
All your archived documents are listed under the tab Archived.
You can have an overview of your supply chain partners' certificates under the Certificates tab. Certificates are shown per supplier and organized by the status by default. However, you are able to sort and filter on this page.
On the Transaction certificates tab, you can view all the drafts, final TCs and archived TCs uploaded by your contractual partner. To learn more about the transaction certificates, click here.
