In tex.tracer, you can easily upload and send any compliance document you want your partners to read and/or sign, such as a Code of Conduct/Responsive Business Code, and Restricted Substances List (RSL). Gather all certifications and audit reports of your supply chain partners in one overview.
Upload a Compliance Document
On Compliance page, click on the Upload new compliance document button, and select the document you want to upload.
Select which brands the document is for.
Click on Upload to upload the document to your account.
Send a compliance document to your partner
Once the document is uploaded, you need to select the partners you want to send the document to.
Click on the specific document you want to send to your partner(s) (on the Documents uploaded tab). You can give it a name and add additional information for the partner. Switch on the Request signature option if you want your partner(s) to sign the document.
Set a deadline for the partner(s) to sign the document.
You can choose to which partner you send the document by clicking on the Select partner button. Your list of partners is shown. Select the partner(s) and click on Confirm (You can only send the document to partners that are onboarded).
Make sure to confirm your partner(s) are allowed to sign the document via the tex.tracer platform by selecting the checkbox.
When all fields are filled in, you can send the document to your partner(s) by clicking on the Send button.
Archive a document
Go to the Compliance page.
Navigate to the Sent tab and select the specific document you want to archive.
Click on the Archive button.
The document will be archived and moved to the Archived tab.
Note: Please keep in mind that once a document is archived, it cannot be unarchived. Be certain about the documents you choose to archive. If you ever need the document again, you will need to upload it again and request your suppliers to sign it once more.
