If your product or component used in the production process is certified with Textile Exchange standards or Global Textile Standard (GOTS), you can request for transaction certificate from your supply chain partner and collect them in tex.tracer platform.
When uploading the csv file to tex.tracer platform, add the required information for the transaction certificates.
Request Transaction Certificate
Fill in the csv file with data of the orderlines (click here for explanation).
Fill in the type of transaction certificate (TC) under Transaction Certificate 1 field. Type whether the TC is on Product or Component level under Level TC 1 field. If there is a second TC required, at the type and level on the following fields.
Upload csv file to the platform by clicking upload new orderlines .csv button and select the csv file.
Once the file is uploaded to the platform, supply chain partners assigned to the orderlines will receive an email and in-platform notification to upload the TCs.
Request TC by editing the orderline
If the orderline is already in the platform and you forgot to request for the TC, you can do it manually one by one.
Go to Orderlines page.
Select one of the tabs to find the orderline you want to request TC for and click on expand button.
Under the Transaction certificate, click on edit button.
In the pop-up window choose the type of certificate and the level of certification (component/product). You can optionally choose to add a second TC request to the orderline*.
*Note: If you request a TC, it is not possible to add a second one later. First, you need to delete the request and redo the actions for both TC requests.Click on Confirm to finalise.
After confirming, the supply chain partner will receive an email and in-platform notification to upload TC document.
