After the supply chains have been created, you still have the possibility to make changes to the supply chains. However, this cannot be done in bulk, but can only be done per orderline.
Please note that after a QR code is published, you can only edit the supply chain if the QR code is unpublished again. After your changes, you can publish the QR code and consumers are able to scan the QR code and view the product journey.
Edit supply chains of an orderline
1. Go to the Orderlines page, and click on the edit button for the order you want to edit the supply chain for.
2. In the Edit supply chain popup you can make changes to the orderline.
Apart from the steps in the supply chain, you can also edit an orderline's style name, color, composition, season, etc.
Edit properties of an orderline
1. Select the orderline on the orderlines tab by marking the circle on the left side.
2. Select the property you want to change under Replace what and enter the new data under Replace with.
3. Click on Replace and then on the Confirm button to save changes.
Change the contractual partner
If you sent the orderlines to the wrong contractual partner, you will need to delete each orderline under the Waiting for contractual partner tab.
After deleting, reupload them again and send them to the correct contractual partner to fill in the supply chain.
