Did you upload the wrong orders or make a mistake? No worries, you can delete an orderline at any point.
Please note, deleting an orderline is definite, it cannot be retrieved back. You can always re-upload the order. However, if the supply chain of an orderline is already filled in, you and/or the contractual partner will have to redo the work.
Only a brand/retailer can delete orderlines.
Delete pending orderlines:
On the Pending orderlines tab, you can delete orderlines in bulk by clicking on the bin icon for each row.
Or, you can click on Customise, and click on the bin icon for the order(s) you want to delete.
Delete an orderline on the other three tabs:
On the tabs Waiting for contractual partner, Verification in progress or Completed, you can only delete orderlines one by one. Click on the Show more, and on the Delete order button.
