Understand how to create an account on tex.tracer as a brand/retailer.

As a brand or retailer, you can create your account yourself. Follow the steps to create your account.

  1. Go to my.tex-tracer.com and click on sign up here.

  2. Enter the email address you would like to use, you will receive a notification code on your email. Use the verification code to continue.

  3. Fill in some information (name, phone number, company name, business registration number, and the country and city the company is based). View and Accept the terms and policy.

  4. Your sign-up request has been sent to the tex.tracer team. We will respond within one business day. Once you’re accepted, you will receive the invitation mail from the tex.tracer support email ([email protected]). In the email, you will find a unique and personalised invite link. You can continue by clicking on the invite link.

  5. One last step: provide your First name and Last name, and create a strong password. Click on confirm to proceed.

  6. My details: check and adjust your name, and telephone number if necessary. Click on next to continue.

  7. Company details: you will need to fill in all fields, and add your brand(s) and the office address. When all fields are filled in, you can save the account.

When your account is successfully saved, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

You can invite your colleagues to join the tex.tracer account, to work on the tex.tracer platform together.
