Add a brand

Add different brands to your tex.tracer account

Does your company have multiple brands? You can add different brands to your tex.tracer account and upload orderlines for each brand. As an admin, you will need to add a brand(s) to your tex.tracer account using the following steps:

  1. Go to the My Account page and go to the company details tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Brands section and click on the Add brand* button.

  3. Enter the brand name. Please note that the brand name needs to be spelled the same as in the orderlines CSV file. Type in the URL of your website and upload the brand logo by clicking on the Brand logo field.
    ​Note: The picture can be max 600x600 pixels, 100kB.

  4. Click Save to add the brand to your account.

  5. Repeat steps 2-4 to add multiple brands.

*Only an admin can add brands. If you are an editor, check with the admin of the account.

Note: After saving the brand to your account, you cannot delete the brand or edit the name. If you wish to edit or delete the brand, please contact the tex.tracer support team!

Additionally, you can enhance each brand's product information by:

  • Adding an introductory text for the product footprint information. Learn more here.

  • Guiding your customers in extending the lifespan of the product bought for each brand, providing consumers with guidance on what actions to take when they no longer need the product or wish to repair it. Learn more here.
