Understand how to create an account on tex.tracer as an agent

As an agent, you can create your account once you receive the invite from your client. Follow the steps to create your account.

  1. When you are invited, you receive an email from the tex.tracer support email ([email protected]). In the email, you will find a unique and personalised invite link. You can continue by clicking on the invite link.

  2. One last step: provide your First name and Last name, and create a strong password. Click on confirm to proceed.

  3. My details: check and adjust your name, and telephone number if necessary. Click on next to continue.

  4. Company details: you will need to fill in all fields by adding information about your company, and your address. When all fields are filled in, you can save the account.

When your account is successfully saved, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

You can invite your colleagues to join the tex.tracer account, to work on the tex.tracer platform together.
