On the orderlines tab, you can view and download evidence uploaded by your partners.
What is order evidence?
Order evidence in tex.tracer is what we consider the 'Digital handshake' between partners and is used to ensure that each step in the chain has completed their part and sent the correct items to the next step.
The order evidence will be uploaded by the partner completing the step and then verified by the next partner in the supply chain. We ask partners to upload a packing list or delivery note to ensure the correct items were sent.
Order evidence can only be uploaded for orders on the Verification in progress tab after the contractual partner has created the supply chain and assigned the necessary partners to each step.
Once they have uploaded the evidence, the step in the supply chain turns dark grey with a clock icon. Once the next step in the supply chain has verified the uploaded data, the step becomes blue with a check mark.
Where can I find order evidence?
You can find order evidence in the Evidence step section of an orderline:
Click the arrow on the left-hand side to expand the orderline.
You’ll see the upload date and name of the uploader.
We verify the order evidence by using geo-location. You will see 'Matching' if the location is correct and 'Not matching' if the location differs. You will also be notified via email if the location does not match.
Click the eye icon to view the document.

How can I download the order evidence?
To download the order evidence that has been uploaded in the system, you will:
1. Click on the eye icon to view the document
2. Click on the 'Download' button under 'Evidence step' section
How can I verify order evidence?
We will verify the order evidence by using geo-location. This is done by comparing the location of the facility and the location where the evidence was uploaded. You will see 'Matching' if the location is correct and 'Not matching' if the location differs.
You will also receive an email notification if the location does not match.
As for the document that is uploaded, this will be verified by the next partner in the supply chain.
