To have a better overview of your supply chain partners, orderline steps & evidence, and the DPP publication status in tex.tracer, you can download reports from your account.
On the Reports page, you can download three reports that are automatically prepared for you. To download, click on Download report and an Excel sheet overview will be exported.
Master report supply chain partners
In this report, you can see an overview of your partners with their company address, profile text, as well as compliance details.
Information that can be found in this report:
Onboarding status: to know whether the partner has already created their account.
Note: not onboarded companies have empty data cells as they have not provided their details.
Company type: this is where you can see if a partner is a manufacturer, logistics partner, or agent.
Linked to Agent: if a partner is linked to an agent, you will find the name of the agent that they are linked to here.
Linked to CP: if a partner is linked to a contractual partner, you will find the partner they are linked to here.
Linked to DP: if a partner is linked to a delegated partner, you will find the partner that are linked to here.
Brands: here you will find each brand that a partner works for.
Contact information: for the next few columns, you will find the main contact and their contact information.
Location information: the following columns include the facility information such as the type, address, city, state, and country.
Latitude and longitude: this is the geo-location that has been confirmed by the partner at the time of creating their account.
Employee information: if given, you will find some more in depth information on how many employees they have on the next few columns.
Company pictures uploaded: in this column you can see if a partner has uploaded company pictures or not.
Note: photos can be shown on the DPP so this can be used to see which partners still need a push
Profile text: here you can see the profile text that has been entered by the partner. If the cell is empty, that means no profile text has been entered by your partner.
Social and environmental certificate status: here you will find if a partner has a valid, invalid, or has not uploaded a certificate at all (not available). If it says 'invalid' this means that the certificate is expired.
Certificates: on the next few columns you will see different certifications. If there is a date listed, this means that the partner has this specific certificate. The date indicates the expiration date of said certificate.
You can filter on all of the columns to get specific information or to create a list for yourself on certain action points.
Master report orderline steps & evidence
In this report you can see an overview of of the supply chain steps for your orderlines, which partners are assigned to these step, and the status of the order evidence.
Information that can be found in this report:
Orderline information: the first few columns show the information for the orderline. This is the information that was given on the CSV file at the time of upload.
βOrderline status: this shows what 'stage' or 'step' the orderline is in. For more information on orderline status, please read the article here.
CP: This shows which CP the orderline is assigned to.
Agent and delegated partner: this shows if the order is assigned to an agent or a delegated partner.
Tier: this column shows what tier the particular step is in the supply chain.
Supply chain step: this column shows the supply chain step.
Supplier name: here you will find which partner is assigned to that step.
Order evidence: here you will find if order evidence has been uploaded for a particular orderline and the status of the order evidence. If it says 'No evidence uploaded' this means no evidence has been uploaded.
You can filter on all of the columns to get specific information or to create a list for yourself on certain action points.
Master report DPP publication status
In this report, you can see an overview of the orderline publication status including the URLs.
Information that can be found in this report:
Orderline information: the first few columns show the information for the orderline. This is the information that was given on the CSV file at the time of upload.
Publication status: this column shows the status of publication for your orderlines/DPP. Click here to learn more about publishing and unpublsihing.
URL: this column has the unique URL for your DPP.
