Reports in tex.tracer

To have a better overview of your supply chain partners and orderlines in tex.tracer, you can download reports from your account.

On the Reports page, you can download two reports automatically prepared for you. Click on Download report to extract data in Excel sheet overview.

Master report supply chain partners

In this report, you can see an overview of all your supply chain partners and their account details.

You can filter on:

Type of supply chain partner being manufacturer, logistics partner, agent.

Onboarding status to know whether, the partner has already created their account.

Note: not onboarded companies have empty data cells as they have not provided their details.

Brand to have an overview of each brand's supply chain partners separately.

Country to have an overview of supply chain partners in different countries.

Company pictures uploaded to check which partners still haven't uploaded company pictures.

Certificates to see certificates missing and their expiration date.

Note: all uploaded certificates of a company are listed down. Therefore, if a company has more than one certificate uploaded, it will create extra rows to fit them all in (see screenshot below).

Quality report information to check the details.

On the screenshot you can see that partner Guangzhou China Textile Clothing Co. LTD., has multiple certificates uploaded (Amfori BSCI, GOTS and GRS). This creates empty rows on the first columns.

Master report dependencies

In this report you can see an overview of your orders in tex.tracer platform and their status.

You can filter on:

Brand name to have an overview of each brand's orderlines separately.

Order number

Syle number

Style name

Season

Colour

Date uploaded

Transactional certificate

QR code publication status Published/Unpublished. Published QR codes are ready to be scanned by the consumer, Unpublished QR codes are not scannable.
