Bookmark the sign-in page: you can save the URL on your web browser, so you never forget where to sign in. Simply click on the star next to the URL.
Enable location and camera settings: On your mobile phone, make sure to enable device location and camera access settings. Allowing you to share your location and access your camera, you can take and upload company pictures, upload delivery notes and more.
Updated web browser: Our platform is a cloud and web-based platform, make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version. Read more about which browser version is compatible with tex.tracer here.
One company account, multiple users: Instead of sharing your login credentials with your colleague(s), you can all have your own access to the same account. You can invite as many colleagues as you want to your tex.tracer account and divide the work! Read more about how to invite your colleagues here.
Save our [email protected] email address: To ensure you receive important platform updates, and event information, save our support email address to your contacts to prevent it from being filtered into spam or promotions. You can always reach us at this email address whenever you have a question.
Know your partners: Gather the required information about your Supply Chain Partners (SCPs) before inviting them or setting up your supply chain. Having this data on hand streamlines the process. Read more about how to invite your partners here.
