As we are a cloud and web-based platform, make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version.

Make sure your web browser is compatible with tex.tracer:
The tex.tracer platform is compatible with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Check which version is necessary to work well with tex.tracer on your preferred web browser. To be able to update your browser to the latest version, the operating system of your computer needs to be able to support this update. We recommend using the latest operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows 10 or 11, macOS 12, 13 or 14, and Linux.
Updating Google Chrome:
Normally Google Chrome updates happen in the background. But if you haven’t closed your Chrome, you might have a pending update. Make sure to follow the Google Chrome steps here. The tex.tracer platform is compatible with versions 113.0.5672.127 or newer.
Updating Microsoft Edge
By default, Microsoft Edge automatically updates when you restart your browser. However, you may need to download the update. Follow the Microsoft Edge update settings steps here to be sure you are running the newest Microsoft Edge update.
Updating Safari
If a Safari update is available for your device, you can update by upgrading your macOS. The latest version of Safari is included with the latest version of macOS. Make sure to follow the Apple macOS steps here.
