As a brand or retailer, you can upload product pictures for each orderline on the platform. This can be done at any time within the Orderlines page, whether the order is in the Waiting for contractual partner, Verification in progress, or Completed status.
To upload pictures, follow these steps:
1. On the Orderlines page, search for the orderline for which you want to upload a picture.
2. Next to the orderline, you will see a v icon. Click on it to show more details of the orderline.
3. Click on the Add photo option.
4. Select the image(s) you want to upload from your device. Click on the Open button.
5. After selecting the appropriate images, click the Upload button to complete the process.
Please note that you can multi-select and upload a maximum of 25 photos in .jpg or .png format.
Maximum size per photo is 100 kB (recommended dimensions: width 120px by height 150px, or 4:5 ratio). Upload portrait photos (not landscape) for the best result in orderline overview and consumer interface.
If you have uploaded multiple pictures, you can drag the pictures to a different order.
